Colleen Pearce, the Public Advocate of Victoria, addressed the 'Responding to Abuse against People with a Disability' Forum on Monday 14 April 2008. She delivered a speech titled "Abuse of the Disabled - our hidden shame", a copy of which is attached below.

The Forum was hosted by Disability In-Service Training Support Service and Darebin Arts and Entertainment Centre Preston.
