Administration and Guardianship

The Guardianship List at VCAT has introduced online interactive application forms for applications for guardianship or administration.

People wishing to lodge an application to the Guardianship List can:

• complete the form online
• attach any required documents
• lodge the application online.
   

Alternatively, you can print the forms, fill them in by hand and post them to VCAT.
