The session will cover:
- What they are and how to make one
- The important factors to consider when appointing an attorney\s
- The recent law change in appointing a medical treatment decision maker
Participants will receive a copy of the new Take Control, a self-help guide to making an enduring power of attorney which includes forms for making an enduring power of attorney, advance care directive and appointing a medical treatment decision maker.
