Interstate contacts

Each Australia state and territory has its own legislation for guardianship, administration and powers of attorney. While these laws operate in similar ways, it is important to check with the relevant offices in each state or territory.

The Australian Guardianship and Administration Council (AGAC) has a list of agencies responsible for these matters in each state.
