Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) هو هيئة قانونية مستقلة تُعنى بحماية وتعزيز حقوق ومصالح الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات في فكتوريا.

يعمل موظفوOPA  وأكثر من 900 متطوع، تحت إشراف المحامي العام، للقضاء على سوء المعاملة والإهمال والاستغلال الذي يتعرَّض له الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقات أو الذين يعانون من مرض عقلي.

يقدم OPA المساعدة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات أو الذين يعانون من مرض عقلي، وعائلاتهم ومقدمي الرعاية لهم وداعميهم، من خلال تقديم المشورة والتوعية والمعلومات والبحوث والوصايا والمساندة.
