Nominations open for the 2022 Public Advocate’s Police Awards


Nominations are open for this year’s Public Advocate’s Awards for Outstanding Police Service for People with Disability.

These awards provide an opportunity to recognise a Victoria Police employee, work unit or police station that has made an outstanding contribution in 2022 to:

  • improving the outcomes for people with disability
  • delivering a police service that is accessible, inclusive and responsive.

Victoria Police employees include: Police Officers, Recruits, Protective Service Officers, Police Custody Officers and Victorian Public Servants.

The Nomination Form is to be submitted by 5pm on Friday 2 December 2022 to the Priority and Safer Communities Division at the OFFICE-OF-CMDR-PSCD PBEA.

Awards will be announced in December 2022 to mark the International Day of People with Disability.
