Nominations are open for this year’s Public Advocate’s Awards for Outstanding Police Service for People with Disability.
These awards provide an opportunity to recognise a Victoria Police employee, work unit or police station that has made an outstanding contribution in 2022 to:
- improving the outcomes for people with disability
- delivering a police service that is accessible, inclusive and responsive.
Victoria Police employees include: Police Officers, Recruits, Protective Service Officers, Police Custody Officers and Victorian Public Servants.
The Nomination Form is to be submitted by 5pm on Friday 2 December 2022 to the Priority and Safer Communities Division at the OFFICE-OF-CMDR-PSCD PBEA.
Awards will be announced in December 2022 to mark the International Day of People with Disability.
