OPA volunteer Deb Fowler, a Disability Community Visitor, has been named as the 2022 Moira Citizen of the Year.
Aside from being a Community Visitor, Deb runs the Bohollow Wildlife Shelter, rescuing injured and orphaned native animals and nursing them back to health. She is also the manager of the Numurkah Community Learning Centre, a volunteer Communications Officer with the Kotupna CFA plus a volunteer cook for the Community Christmas Dinner program.
