Residential Notices under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997

Following changes to the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 that commenced on 1 July 2026, this section is under review.

Please note all residential tenancy notices have to be submitted to Consumer Affairs Victoria via their online submission page.

If seeking further information about SDA residency agreements (either as a provider or a resident), including all legal obligations, please visit the Specialist disability accommodation page on the Consumer Affairs Victoria website. Alternatively you can call Consumer Affairs Victoria’s dedicated SDA support line on 1300 40 43 19. The line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - except for public holidays.
