Community Visitors

Community Visitors are trained volunteers who visit Victorian accommodation facilities for people with disability or mental illness.

They check on the quality of services and care provided, and that residents are treated with dignity and respect.

You can talk to a Community Visitor about what is happening in your home.

Community Visitors visit unannounced and write a brief report at the end of the visit. They can also speak to staff and managers about your concerns, if you wish.

You can ask for a Community Visitor to visit. Call 1300 309 337.
